中钢邢机轧辊修复分公司作为专业化的轧辊修复单位，依托中钢邢机整体装备、技术优势，投资2000多万元购置了整套大型轧辊、备件再生修复、表面硬化以及复合制造生产和检测设备。现已建设成为拥有18项自主知识产权的大型冷、热带轧辊堆焊修复技术和两项专利技术，在国内同行业中具有领先地位的专业化轧辊、机械备件、轴类和耐磨易损件再生修复和强化处理基地。

应用范围:

黑色、有色板带和型材轧机用轧辊的修复、再生利用；连铸机的备品备件修复和复合制造；水泥、建材及其它行业机械和加工件的修复再生和复合制造；零件表面硬化和修补。

The company has invested over 20million Yuan in production and inspection equipment for repairing, surface hardening and duplex manufacturing of large-sized rolls and spare parts. Now with build-up welding and repairing technology possessing 18 property rights and 2 patented technologies for large-sized cold rolls and hot rolls, the company has become a professional restoration and reinforcement center that enjoyed profound status in its field for mill rolls, mechanical spare parts, shafts and anti-abrasion parts.

Range of application: Restoration of ferrous and non-ferrous strip and section mill roll; restoration and duplex manufacturing of spare parts for continuous casting machines;restoration and duplex manufacturing of equipment and machining parts for cenment, building and other industries;surface hardening and repairing for spare parts.

1、修复太钢六冷支撑辊，Φ1600×2300×4900单重60吨，开启国内大型冷轧支撑辊修复先河。

2、国内有色轧机支撑辊辊面修复，已修复渤海铝1100铝板支撑辊；兰州铝、华北铝铝箔轧机760支撑辊及成都有色等。

3、莱钢万能H型钢轧辊1254开坯BD轧辊修复国内首创。

4、首钢秦皇岛宽厚板3450轧机1550×3450×6477重65吨的支撑辊磨损报废后的再生修复，填补国内空白。

1、Repair the largest-Hi cold backup roll with unit weight of 60 tons.It is the first one in repairing large-sized cold Backup roll.

2、Repair the domestic non-ferrous backup rolls surface.Repaired 760 back up rolls for Bohai Aluminum and Huabei Aluminum Foil.

3、Repair H beam BD rolls for Laiwu Steel,which was domestic Initiative.

4、Repair scrapwed 65 tons backup rolls for 3450 heavy plate mill in Shougang Qinhuangdao,which filled up domestic blank.
