邢台轧辊异型辊有限公司是中钢集团邢台机械轧辊有限公司的全资子公司，是集铸造、热处理、机械加工为一体的生产企业。年生产轧辊（环）1.5万吨，产品生产加工全部实现机械化、自动化、智能化、数控化，具备满足客户不同轧制条件的独特的产品研发能力和特色化服务能力。形成了无缝钢管轧辊（环）、H型钢轨梁辊环（轴）、高频焊管轧辊三条专业生产线，是目前国内产能最大、市场占有率最高的专业轧辊生产企业；无缝钢管连轧用辊（环）市场占有率达60%以上；Φ508mm以上规格高频直缝焊管辊国产部分市场占有率达80%以上；热轧H型钢、轨梁万能轧机辊环覆盖所有轧机型号。

Special Roll Co. Ltd is an all-capital subsidiary of Sinosteel Xingtai Machinery & Mill Roll Co., Ltd.With an integrative capacity of casting, heat treatment and machining, the annual production of special rolls and roll rings is 15,000 tons. The machining processes are all realized mechanization, automation, intellectualization, and numerical control. With the abilities of research & development, the company can meet customer’s different requirements on roll conditions and accordingly supply characteristic service. The company possesses three specialized production lines of seamless tube mill rolls/roll rings, H-section rail beam rings/shafts, and high-frequency welded tube mill rolls. Now, it has been a specialized manufacturer for special rolls/ rings, with the biggest output and market share in China. Rolls and roll rings for seamless tube mills cover more than 60% of market share, high-frequency straight welded tube rolls with diameter above φ508 mm cover more than 80% of domestic market share. Roll rings for hot H- section mill and universal structural mill cover all mill types.

装备EQUIPMENT
公司拥有铸造冶炼设备7台，Φ800~Φ3500mm铸造立式、卧式离心机15台，计算机集中控制台式热处理炉21台，离心铸造产品规格Φ250~43000mm，最大单重为50t。
Special Roll Co. Ltd of Sinosteel-XTMMC is equipped with 7 sets of casting and melting facilities, 15 sets of φ800-φ3500mm vertical /horizontal centrifugal casting machines, and 21 sets of computer controled heat treatment furnaces. The specification of centrifugal casting products is φ250-43000mm, the maximum unit weight is up to 50 tons. |

无缝管轧辊:可配套生产无缝穿孔、连轧、脱管、涨减、定径、矫直各生产环节用辊，产品硬层控制精确，具有较高的热疲劳性能、耐磨性、良好的咬入性。为各类矫直机配套生产矫直辊，如棒材、管材、型材、板材的生产用矫直辊及抛光辊。产品具有较深的淬硬层，较高的耐磨性。

Seamless tube mill rolls:
The company produces various rolls for seamless piercering, continous rolling, tube stripping, stretch reducing,sizing and straightening. Poducts’ hardness are precisely controled, and with higher thermal fatigue resistance, wearing resistance and better biting property. The company also produce straightening rolls and polishing rolls for bar mill, tube mill, section mill and plate mill. Products are with deeper hardening depth, and higher wearing resistance. |

Roll rings for H- section and universal structural mill: The company produces roll rings for all domestic H-section manufacturers, ring materials are special cast adamite, high chromium steel, and HSS. Roll ring’s hardness is precisely controlled and with small deviation, higher wearing resistance and better thermal fatigue resistance. |

高频焊管轧辊：可生产各种规格的高频直缝焊管轧辊和方矩管轧辊，重点为中、大口径焊管机组配套生产各种规格轧辊，并可承担部分焊管轧辊的设计任务，生产范围为Φ323.9—Φ720mm焊管生产用辊。产品硬度均匀，具有较高的强度和耐磨性。 2008年公司的《大型焊管机组用辊的研制》通过新产品鉴定并获中国冶金学会科技进步三等奖。产品的实物质量和主要技术指标达到了国际先进水平。
High-frequency welded tube mill rolls:
The company produces all kinds of high-frequency straight welded tube mill rolls and square/ rectangular tube mill rolls; mainly provide various mill rolls for medium and large diameter welded tube unit, and assume the design tasks for some welded tube rolls. The specification scope of welded tube rolls is between dia.323.9mm to dia.720mm,The products are with homogeneous hardness, higher strength and higher wearing resistance.
In 2008, “Research and manufacture of large-sized welded tube mill rolls” passed the appraisal of new products and was awarded “The Third Prize for Progress in Science and Technology” by China Metallurgy Institute. Product quality and main technical parameters all have? reached international advanced level. |
