Science abd technology supports the development,and innovation empowers the future.Eight top roll technical experts are employed by our company and the engage ceremony was held in our company’s club on the afternoon of 26 May. Eight people composed of academicians,professors and experts including Mr. Li Zheng-bang who is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a special steel smelting expert in China are formally appointed as the technical advisers by our company. Our General Manager and Party Secretary Xue Ling-hu issued the appointment letter to the experts.

In the warm applause, Mr.Jiang Zhou-hua, on behalf of the technical experts, made a speech. He said, as a researcher on roll technology, he was very pleased to be employed by Sinosteel XTMMC. He would relay on Sinosteel XTMMC’s high-end roll manufacturing platform and give full play to his technical expertise to cultivate the unique product R&D capability for Sinosteel XTMMC and make a contribution to the better and faster development of Sinosteel XTMMC.

After our general manager Xue Ling-hu recalled briefly the scientific research work of Sinosteel XTMMC in his speech, he said that with the completion of our national level technology center, in particularthat the academicians, professors and experts to join us, they will become the academic and technical think-tank and R&D core of our technology center to build the highest academic platform for the international roll research and development. Our R&D work will step into a new stage. The eight experts employed by our company are our reliable think-tank and brain trust.We sincerely expect you technical advisers to provide us a powerful force and intellectual support for the development of our company with your forward-looking research theory, profound specialized knowledge and profound academic attainments, and together with us to build our state-level technology center into an international first-class roll R&D center and make new contributions to improving the competitiveness of our national roll industry.

The appointment ceremony was presided over by our deputy general manager Jia Jian-ping. He introduced the eight experts and their achievements to the participants. Our company leadership and more than 1000 technical R&D personnel and technical backbones attended the ceremony.
