Smelting Equipments : Over 10 sets of smelting facilities including 10t, 15t and 30t electric arc furnaces; 70t LF/VD ladle refining furnace; 3t, 5t,10t, 12t and 20t line frequency and medium frequency induction furnaces; 5 sets of 10t and 15t electro-slag remelting furnaces.
Casting Equipments : A set of§¶1600 large-sized vertical centrifugal caster; a set of §¶1020 horizontal centrifugal caster and a set of§¶850 centrifugal caster.
Forging Equipments : A set of 31500KN free forging hydraulic press and a set of 5t electric hydraulic hammer.
Heat-treating Equipments: over 70 sets of heat treatment furnaces including car-bottom gas-fired furnace, electric resistance furnace, well-type furnace and differential heat-treatment furnace specially for large-sized rolls; 3sets of double-frequency and line-frequency quenching machines fitted with spray quenching machine and quench oil bath
Machining Tools
Through importation, domestic purchase and self-renovation, over 100 sets of numerically controlled roll machining equipments including turning lathe, boring machine, grinding machine and milling machine, etc.
